Executive Assistant to the Principal
Are you Executive Assistant with a critical eye for detail who is adept at juggling priorities and looking for some time off in the term breaks to have more work life balance then read on! Our Principal is looking for an EA who can make an exceptional first impression, someone who can use a sense of humour and self-confidence to make the working day enjoyable when relating to all stakeholders. You will be; • able to work autonomously • capable of acting on your own initiative by solving problems and working independently • well organised and attentive to detail • able to prioritise • skilled in time management; and • flexible and reliable. Can you claim the following experience? • 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant • Microsoft Office and Google Suite at intermediate to proficient level • Agenda preparation • Database maintenance– preferable schools (PCSchool) • Ability to research and present findings As well as the experience, ‘must haves’ above the most important quality for you to be successful in this role is the perfect balance between professionalism and fun. This is a 40-hour a week role, within the School term with 2 or 3 days each term break, approximately 43 weeks of the year. An appropriate remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant, in accordance with Grade D of the Support Staff in School Collective Agreement. Sport Coaches required - Rangitoto College Sports Programme
Rangitoto College runs a comprehensive Sporting Program. We currently require the following Premier Coaches for our 2019 winter sporting season. Coaches need to be available for 2 – 3 mid-week training sessions and matches that are during the week or on Saturdays, coaches must also be available for the winter tournament week. Applications are invited from enthusiastic, committed coaches who are passionate about sport and working with young people. Coaches with experience across all levels of sport are encouraged to apply. Formal umpiring or coaching qualifications are not required however the capacity to assist our students of all ability levels to learn the rules of the game, develop their skills and foster a love of sport is essential.
